Kristi Stull, the appellee, filed a complaint in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County for absolute divorce on the ground of adultery. Michael Stull, the appellant, answered and counter-complained. The appellee was awarded sole legal and physical custody of the parties' three children, and the appellant, who was found to have voluntarily impoverished himself, was ordered to pay $712 per month for child support.
