This cause is before the court on a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 24) submitted by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide") and on cross Motions for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 22) (Doc # 31) submitted by Defendants' Jacqueline Johnson ("Johnson") and Amy Shanklin ("Shanklin").
