Plaintiffs1 bring this action against Defendant Frank Keating, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, challenging the constitutionality of Oklahoma's newly-enacted right-to-work law. It is Plaintiffs' position that Oklahoma's right-to-work law should be declared invalid because it is substantially preempted under the Supremacy Clause of Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution
