After an evidentiary hearing, the Civil Service Commission of Cook County (Commission) issued findings and a decision sustaining sexual harassment and insubordination charges made by a female Cook County Forest Preserve District (District) police officer, Cynthia Spina, against police officer Michael Nudell.
