This case is presently before the Court on Defendant's motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 15). Plaintiff has sued Defendant, his former employer, alleging that Defendant interfered with his rights under the Family Medical Leave Act ("FMLA") and that it retaliated against him for exercising such rights when it terminated him.
