Pursuant to the grant of an interlocutory appeal, we consider whether the trial court erred in concluding that a "Bet Din," a three-member board consisting of three rabbis, did not comply with the Georgia Arbitration Code1 and, therefore, the decision rendered by the Bet Din was not a bar to Kourosh Solaimani's civil suit seeking an equitable accounting and injunctive relief as well as damages for fraud and conversion...
