FLOREZ, J.

¶ 1 Virginia Henry filed this medical malpractice action as personal representative of the estate of her aunt, Kathleen Wilson. All defendants except appellant HealthPartners of Arizona, doing business as Tucson Medical Center (TMC), settled the case before trial.
