After a bench trial, Alfred John Birdsall was found guilty of driving with an unlawful alcohol concentration and of failure to maintain lane. He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial, arguing that the trial court erred in permitting the state's expert to testify to the results of Birdsall's blood test, despite the state's failure to provide him with a copy of the printout of the gas chromatograph, on which the testimony was based.
