MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ALESIA, District Judge.

Before the court is petitioner Kenneth Hawthorne's petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. For the following reasons, the court denies Hawthorne's petition.
