On November 14, 2000, David Davis injured his back while pulling drill slips. At the time, he was in the course and scope of his employment with Nabors Drilling USA (Nabors). Davis' employer appeals a workers' compensation judgment rejecting its motion to have Davis' workers' compensation benefits forfeited pursuant to La. R.S. 23:1208.1. For the following reasons, we reverse and order forfeiture of those benefits...
