Holly Falik, M.D. ("Dr.Falik") brought suit against Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company ("Penn Mutual") alleging breach of contract, bad faith, and breach of fiduciary duty arising out of Penn Mutual's decision to discontinue payment of longterm disability benefits.
