Following a hearing, a juvenile court adjudicated A.A. delinquent, finding that A.A. committed acts which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted aggravated assault. A.A. was sentenced to 90 days in a "Short Term Program," but this sentence of confinement was suspended provided that A.A. successfully completed a year's probation.
