Darrell Olson appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to appellees Ford Motor Company ("Ford") and Beaudry Ford, Inc. ("Beaudry"), arguing that there were genuine issues of material fact as to his revocation of his acceptance of the vehicle and as to appellees' breach of warranty and fraud.
