A DeKalb County jury returned a verdict against Capricorn Systems, Inc. ("Capricorn") on its employment contract action against Srivinas Godavarthy and for Godavarthy on his counterclaim against Capricorn for past wages. The trial court entered final judgment on the jury's verdict on February 12, 2001.
