This matter is before the Court on the Motion to Correct a Sentence of Imprisonment Pursuant to 18 USC § 3582 and/or 28 USC § 1651 and the Motion for the Court to Take Judicial Notice Pursuant to Rule 201, F.R.E., filed by Defendant on July 2, 2001 and October 17, 2001, respectively.
