Clifford Davlin was convicted, pursuant to jury verdicts, of second degree murder and first degree arson. Davlin was found to be a habitual criminal and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder conviction and 20 to 60 years' imprisonment for the arson conviction, the sentences to be served consecutively.
