In this consolidated zoning appeal, the City of St. Louis Park granted Michael and Eileen Christianson a building permit to build a two-story garage and later granted a zoning variance for the garage. John and Karen Mohler, whose property abuts the Christiansons' property, sued the Christiansons and the city, seeking to have the variance overturned, to have a portion of the garage removed...
