HUDSON, Judge.

Defendant assigned error to the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.

Following a hearing, the trial court made extensive findings of fact in its order denying defendant's motion to suppress. The evidence presented at the hearing tended to show that on 21 March 2000, defendant was stopped while driving on Interstate 95 by Sergeant Mark Hart of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office for failure to wear his seatbelt.
