RUSSON, Justice:
¶ 1 Defendant Andrew Fedorowicz ("Fedorowicz") appeals his convictions of one count of felony murder, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-203(1)(d) (1999), one count of child abuse, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-109 (1999), and one count of sexual abuse of a child, in violation of Utah Code Ann. § 76-5-404.1 (1999).
