On April 26, 2000, a one count Indictment was returned charging Defendant Marcus Neal Barrett with possession of child pornography, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2252(a)(4)(B). Mr. Barrett entered a plea of guilty to the charge on July 7, 2000 and on January 26, 2001, this Court sentenced him to be imprisoned for a total term of 15 months.
