{¶ 1} Appellant-claimant, Elizabeth B. Schultz, was injured in 1978 while working for Southern Ohio Medical Center. In 1986, she was awarded permanent total disability compensation ("PTD") for those injuries. At issue is claimant's subsequent involvement with the S.S.
