In a 34-count Superseding Indictment dated October 18, 2002, the government charges Defendants Victor Mascak (V.Mascak), Jamie Mascak (J. Mascak), and Beatrice Lowe (Lowe) of various firearm-related offenses. Count 1 charges all Defendants with conspiracy to commit such crimes. Count 2 charges Defendants V.
