This case is another example of the great waste of judicial resources in this state which results from the failure of the clerks of trial courts to enter judgments rendered in the various trial courts in accordance with Neb.Rev.Stat. §§ 25-1301(3) and 25-2729(3) (Cum.Supp.2000) by placing a file stamp and date upon such judgment or final order. We point out that under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 25-2214 (Reissue 1995), clerks perform their duties...
