This is a civil action for monetary relief brought pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34. Plaintiff Raymond A. Hamilton alleges in its amended complaint that defendant National Propane wrongly terminated his employment on the basis of his age in violation of the ADEA and retaliated against him by withholding his severance pay until he signed a release.
