I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs' Motion for Award of Fees and Costs. Defendants Mid-Ohio Financial Services, Elsea Home Center, Inc., and ASA Elsea (collectively, "Elsea Defendants") have filed a Memorandum Contra Plaintiffs' Motion.
