Pending before the court is Plaintiffs' application for attorney fees (filing 44) filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988. Plaintiffs sought $24,486.50 of attorney fees and $272.43 in costs. For the reasons that follow, I shall grant in part Plaintiff's application for attorney fees. I shall reduce the amount of attorney fees requested and will award $13,764 for attorney fees and $272.43 for expenses, for a total award...
