Plaintiff Wayne Pigment Corporation, a Wisconsin corporation whose principal place of business is Wisconsin, alleges that defendants Halox and Hammond Group, Inc., actively induced infringement of United States Patent 6,113,989 (the '989 patent), in violation of 35 U.S.C. § 271(b).
