Plaintiff Kevin Ziegler brings this action against Defendant IBP Hog Markets, Inc., claiming he was discriminated against on the basis of age. Plaintiff asserts claims under Ohio Revised Code § 4112.14 and the tort of wrongful discharge in violation of public policy. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1332 and 1441.
