WISEMAN, Senior District Judge.

Before the Court are the applications for award of fees to plaintiffs' counsel pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988. The application is for fees for the period June 1987 to January 2001 for Messrs. Barrett, Dinkins and attorneys at the NAACP Legal Defense Fund (hereinafter LDF). Attorneys for the McGinnis intervenor have been paid using a lodestar method at $250 per hour.
