MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

Sungard Data Systems, Inc. ("Sungard"), a Pennsylvania corporation, sues Central Parking Corporation ("Central Parking"), a Tennessee corporation, for breach of contract under Illinois law. Central Parking moves to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2). I grant the motion.
