I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff is a resident of Michigan and a former employee of Defendant Great White North Distribution Services, LLC ("GWN"). Defendants GWN and Deutsche Post Global Mail ("DPGM") are both residents of Virginia.
