Plaintiffs have filed suit alleging that Defendant discriminated against them because of their race, in violation of Kentucky's Civil Rights Act, K.R.S. § 344.010 et seq. Defendant Dana Corporation operates a manufacturing facility in Elizabethtown, Kentucky, that produces truck frames for Ford Motor Company.
