The plaintiffs formerly worked for Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail) before Conrail was acquired by the defendant and CSX Transportation Corporation. While employed by Conrail, the plaintiffs were represented by a union. As a result of pre-merger discussions with the defendant, the plaintiffs are not presently represented...
