Plaintiffs Birda Tollinger, Robert Martinez, Tabetha Eddings, and Doris Jewell bring this action against defendant Tyson Foods, Inc. ("Tyson") under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act ("RICO"), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq. Plaintiffs are former Tyson employees.
