¶ 1 Appellant, Acciavatti Associates, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County dated July 18, 2001,1 which directs Appellant to indemnify Appellee, Super Fresh Food Markets, Inc. ("Super Fresh") and holds that Appellee, Goldsmith Associates ("Goldsmith") was not obligated to indemnify Appellant. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
