¶ 1 Gulf Underwriters Insurance Co. ("Gulf") appeals from final judgments in garnishment and rescission proceedings. We have addressed most of the trial court's rulings in a separately filed memorandum decision, affirming in part and reversing in part. See Parking Concepts, Inc. v.
