Plaintiff Darlene Lewis filed this action against Defendant Harper Hospital alleging violations of Michigan's Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act (ELCRA), Michigan's Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act (PDCRA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
