In this appeal we must decide if the district court applied the correct time period within which a prisoner must be brought to trial under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers. We conclude the district court applied the incorrect time period and the State failed to bring the prisoner to trial in a timely manner under the Interstate Agreement.
