EDWARDS, Judge.

Defendant Steven Romsky appeals the denial of his Motion to Suppress Evidence. For the foregoing reasons, we affirm, but remand for the limited purpose discussed infra.

The St. Charles Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging the defendant, Steven Romsky, along with a co-defendant, Charles Neuman, with possession of more than 60 pounds of marijuana, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(E)(1).1
