This is a legal malpractice action in which plaintiff Don Montgomery alleges that the defendant law firm Gooding, Huffman, Kelly & Becker negligently handled the drafting of a real estate contract and the ensuing litigation. Jurisdiction arises pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Pending is defendant's motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 13).
