Plaintiff Heller Financial, Inc. ("Heller") filed a Complaint against Ohio Savings Bank ("OSB") for breach of contract. OSB has moved to dismiss the Complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2).
