HUDSON, Judge.

Defendant appeals his sentence as an habitual felon for sale and delivery of marijuana. We overrule all assignments of error.

Defendant was indicted on 6 April 1998 on charges of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana and sale and delivery of marijuana.
