Tony Douglas Miller ("defendant") appeals the entry of judgment upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of two counts of common law robbery, one count of second-degree kidnapping, and one count of felonious escape from jail. We hold there was no error as to the entry of judgment on two counts of common law robbery.
