Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

Decided January 29, 2001.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the facts, by reducing the amount of child support arrears to $9,420; as so modified, the order is affirmed, with costs to the petitioner.

The father's child support obligation ceased on January 28, 1995, the date his youngest child turned 21 years of age (see, Family Ct Act § 413; Domestic Relations Law § 32 [3]; Lucas v Fiero, 138 A.D.2d 488).
