After being held in direct contempt for remarks about opposing counsel during a recusal hearing, the trial court imposed upon appellant a suspended monetary fine. At a later contempt hearing held on the court's own motion, the trial court again found defense counsel in direct contempt of court for his discourteous cross-examination of a district judge at the recusal hearing, as well as for filing a baseless motion...
