Presently before the court is the Defendants' motion for partial summary judgment. Upon due consideration, the court finds that the motion should be granted, and the Plaintiff's claims for defamation, wrongful termination, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violation of federal whistleblower statutes shall be dismissed.
