On March 25, 1996, Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant Dennis Hurst, former Prosecuting Attorney of Jackson County, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of his Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights in connection with the seizure of his automobile.
