No. 6], filed on 25 June 2001 against defendants Rapides Parish School Board ("the School Board"), Dr. Patsy Jenkins ("Jenkins"), and John Cotton ("Cotton"), pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure ("FRCP") 12(c).
