This matter is before the Court on Defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Plaintiff is Hillerich & Bradsby Co. ("H & B"), a Kentucky corporation with its principal place of business in Louisville, Kentucky. H & B manufactures and markets Louisville Slugger bats and other baseball equipment.
