Plaintiff Eloween M. Johnson, in her personal capacity and as executor of the estate of her deceased husband, has brought suit against Justin H. Steyer and Karlyn Sue Price for the wrongful death of her husband. Plaintiff seeks damages under Maryland's wrongful death statute, Md.Code Ann., Cts. & Jud.Proc. § 3-901 et seq., and brings a survival action under Md.Code Ann., Est. & Trusts § 7-401(y)....
